All orders are shipped from our office in Copenhagen, Denmark and we ship worldwide. Your purchase will be shipped out as soon as possible after we receive a verified payment.

SHIPPING TO DENMARK
You can choose between Standard Pickup Location, Standard Home Delivery and Business Delivery:
Standard Pickup Location – Free shipping on all orders within Denmark
Standard Home Delivery – Free shipping on all orders within Denmark
Business Delivery – Free shipping on all orders within Denmark
We will deliver your purchase within 2-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation.

Please note The Photo Art Shop cannot beheld responsible for any late delivery or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control.
We do not deliver to a PO Box.

Note! We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc. If your order is delayed you can find more info in our FAQ.
SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout, however, please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs. The payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to get information of any duties or taxes that may apply.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details by e-mail. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that all international deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and duties, and you will be responsible for these costs.
IMPORT RESTRICTIONS
Due to import restrictions, we are currently not able to ship to Russia.
RETURNS
We offer a 30 days return from the date of your receipt (excluding shipping costs) if you change your mind.
The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that returns happen at your own risk and expense.
Please contact us at customerservice@thephotoartshop.com before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the e-mail.
You must send back the goods to: The Photo Art Shop, Bianco Lunos Allé 3B, 2nd floor, 1868 Frederiksberg C, Denmark, without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this sale to us.
The return costs are at your own expense. Unless it is a matter of non-conforming goods or wrong goods. Here we cover all expenses, please see more information below.
We recommend that you save the post office receipt as proof of your delivery of the package to the post office/carrier.
EXCHANGE OF GIFTS
If you haven’t purchased the item yourself, and therefore have no receipt, our customer service will help with exchange to another print. If you want the full amount returned, a valid receipt must be presented.
We offer a 30 days exchange from the date of your receipt (excluding shipping costs) if you change your mind.

NON-CONFORMING GOODS AND INCORRECT GOODS
Please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@thephotoartshop.com if your goods are non-conforming.
In the case of non-conforming goods or incorrect goods, you can choose between the following options:
- Return the goods and receive a refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs when our Customer Service has processed the returned goods.
- Return the goods and receive similar goods when our Customer Service has processed the returned goods, provided we can supply an equivalent.
- Keep the goods and request a proportionate reduction of the purchase price.
When contacting Customer Service, you will be asked to provide the order number, possibly the goods/item number, and to describe what is wrong with the goods, etc.
You are not responsible for costs associated with the return of non-conforming goods or incorrect goods. We will refund the purchase price and the delivery costs once we have received the goods unless you choose to receive new goods to replace the original goods.
DAMAGED DELIVERY
We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order for any reason or in anyway arrive damaged, please let us know straight away so we can help you solve the problem.
We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items, and in some cases additional compensation, but do not offer a full refund. If you do not want a new item shipped we kindly ask for you to initiate a return instead or make other arrangement with us.
Important: Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send it together with other relevant information about the claim to customerservice@thephotoartshop.com
