SIZES
Prints are available in three sizes with or without a white border. Availability of the sizes being offered depend on the image.

It is possible to order selected prints in custom sizes. Please contact us at order@thephotoartshop.com to learn more about the possibilities.
WHITE BORDER
All our prints can be selected with or without a white border.
A white border gives depth and highlights the subject. The inclusion of a white border depends on personal preference and what expression you wish your print to have.
Sizes off the White Border
30x40 cm - 2,5 cm at the sides and top and 3 cm at the bottom.
50x70 cm - 4,5 cm at the sides and top 5 cm at the the bottom.
70x100 cm – 5,5 cm at the sides and top and 6 cm at the bottom.
OUR PAPER
Quality is the essence of The Photo Art Shop.
All our prints are printed on 265 gsm Fine Art Photo Paper.
100% cotton with a unique extra smooth surface with a sensual feel. It also provides one of the highest achievable Dmax currently available on the market.
It has been developed to address the need for continued longevity requirements.

GICLÉE PRINT
All our prints are printed with a technique called Giclée.
Giclée is a fine-art printing process. The word Giclée literally means "to spray", which refers to the way the printer sprays the ink onto the paper.
This technique make it possible to display brilliant vibrant colors and velvety texture.
The result is a beautiful high quality print that will last for generations.
FRAMES
It is unfortunately not possible to buy frames at the moment.
All our print fits standard frames.
We can highly recommend Hjort-Rohde Atelier (Copenhagen) if you want a unique handmade frame.
CAN I BUY THE PRINTS ELSEWHERE, FOR EXAMPLE IN A SHOP?
All prints are exclusively represented by The Photo Art Shop, and can only be found online.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEE THE PRINTS IN REALITY SOMEWHERE?
We are exclusively an online universe. So it is unfortunately not possible. You may be lucky to find our prints exhibit at various events.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
You can calculate your delivery fee once you have added your items to your cart. Please enter the destination country to see prices and delivery options.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an automated tracking email once your order has been processed.
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have not received your items please email customerservice@thephotoartshop.com. If your order is missing because you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address you will be charged for redelivery.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?
We want you to receive our products in pristine condition. If your order is damaged or incorrect we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please email customerservice@thephotoartshop.com including photographs clearly showing the damage or incorrect item, and the packaging it arrived in.
CAN I POST YOUR PICTURES ON MY WEBSITE, BLOG OR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT?
You are welcome to post our product pictures. If you do, please link back to our homepage or the product page. Pictures may not be used for any other purpose and may not be altered. All content on this website is copyrighted. High resolution product pictures are available upon request.

2. Can I enter the competition if I am not a user on Instagram / Facebook?
No, the competition is for Instagram users only, but it’s very easy and free to create an account and get started.
3. Do I need to buy anything in order to enter?
No, you don’t need to buy anything to enter.
4. How will you judge the competition?
Winners will be selected by our Social Media Manager and Social Media Creative judged on creativity.
5. How will the winner be contacted?
We’ll let the winners know the good news via direct message on Instagram / Facebook.
6. When is the competition deadline?
Please see this information on Instagram / Facebook.
7. How will I receive my gift?
The Social Media team will send your gift directly to you.
